I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Certification in May 2015 Sonic Yoga in New York City. At that time yoga went from being just a compliment to my workout to being a lifestyle that I adopted. Starting each morning with meditation and getting to understand my true self through the 8 limbed path were profound teachings. I found myself overcoming fear in various areas of my life like public speaking and advocating for myself. It’s my yoga practice and the teachings that have gotten me through some tough times over the past few years and I’m here to share those practices with you.
